Careers at Intercollege

Intercollege Culinary Arts Department is seeking applications at the rank of either Instructor or Lecturer for tenure-track full-time and part-time positions in Culinary Arts.

Qualifications
Well qualified applicants must hold:

  •  A Master’s Degree (Culinary Arts, or Hospitality, or Hotel Management, or Business Management or Education) and
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Art
  • A demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching
  • Very Good Knowledge of English and Greek

Job Description
Successful candidates must be able to teach the following undergraduate fields:

Cookery labs, Pastry and Bakery labs, Butchery, International Cuisine, Kitchen Management, Management courses. Furthermore, they will also develop or participate in research projects, as well as contribute in the development of curricula and course development.
