Qualifications
Qualified candidates must hold:
- A Master’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Management, Education, (or a related field)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Art
- A strong commitment to excellence in teaching
- Very Good Knowledge in both English and Greek
Job Description
The Successful candidates must be able to teach the following undergraduate fields:
- Cookery labs
- Pastry and Bakery labs
- Butchery
- International Cuisine
- Kitchen Management
- Additional Management related courses.
Furthermore, they will develop or participate in research projects, and contribute in the curriculum and course design.
Benefits
Successful candidates will receive an attractive remuneration package. For full-time positions, an annual contract including a 13th salary will be offered. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
